You and Me International Foundation is driven by community needs.

With a network of compassionate, committed volunteers, You and MeInternational foundation works to help individuals of all ages and backgrounds overcome social and economic barriers in order to build and maintain strong and vibrant communities here in Ottawa.

With current programs dedicated to seniors and youth, and activities that include newcomers to Canada and English and French as a second language learners, You and Me aims to enhance the dignity and well-being of community members through three main goals: reducing poverty, advancement through education and integrating newcomers.

We believe in social participation and inclusion, and we work in the interest of communities while respecting cultural diversity, individual's dignity, equity and respect.
