Through workshops You and Me Seniors Connections offers real opportunities to directly impact communities and raise self-esteem by inspiring others.

INTERGENERATIONAL DIALOGUE
The Inter generational Dialogue activity brings together generations of community members (including newcomers) via different activities (e.g., culinary, computer training, singing, reading), also encouraging seniors to share their skills, experience and knowledge.

NEWCOMERS
The Newcomers activity seeks to not only provide an avenue for seniors to share their experience; skills and knowledge, but also help newcomers navigate the city and its services.

SENIORS CRAFT WORKSHOP (TWICE A MONTH)

The Seniors Share artistic interests and skills with others in running craft workshops activity encourages the development of friendship, providing seniors time to relax and enjoy retirement.
