RENT A MEETING ROOM

If you are looking for a space for meetings, workshops, presentations, or need a place to work quietly, our meeting room has you covered. 
This room is located on the fourth floor and it is wheelchair accessible. There are two washrooms on the floor.
Room dimensions: 10’ X 17’6 and hasWi-Fi.
The room amenities include: white board, tables/chairs, and coffee maker computers are available for additional fee.
The room is available on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
Rates:  for non profit organization $20 per hour on weekdays and $25 per hour on weekends.
Additional cost: Computers - $5 each

QUESTIONS
When can I rent this space?
Hours of rental: 8:30 am to 6:00pm. If needed, we can rent the space until 9:00 pm for an extra cost of $10 per hour.

How do I pay?
We require 50% of the rental cost upon booking. This is best done using e-transfer. You may pay the remainder on the day of the event.  
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, and e-transfer.
What happens if I need to cancel?
There is a $10 fee that applies to all cancellations that occur within five days of the scheduled date.
What equipment is available?
Some equipment is available for free: white board, Tables/chairs, and coffee maker
Projector and computers are available for additional cost.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there are about 35 parking spots behind the building, corner of Besserer St and Charlotte St. There is also OC Transit stop in front of the building.
Who is responsible for the set up and clean up?
You are in charge of setting up the room and of leaving the space as you found it.
The rental time will include the time you need to set up and clean up the room.
Is there free Wi-Fi?
Yes, the password will be shared upon your arrival.
